Casa Aviv is a 4-bedroom villa designed by CO-LAB Design Office, located in Aldea Zama within a gated community with 24/7 security. The house is built across two parallel volumes on a narrow site, designed to preserve existing trees and maximize cross ventilation. Materials throughout include hand-polished cement walls, black terrazzo floors custom-made on site, charred cedar carpentry, and chukum plaster. North-facing skylights distribute indirect natural light across all spaces. On the ground floor, a double-height living and dining area opens directly to the pool through full-height pivoting glass doors. Two bedrooms sit on each level, connected on the upper floor by an open bridge overlooking the living space below.
The layout supports a relaxed, self-contained stay. The pool sits at the center of the ground floor circulation, accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom. The rooftop terrace with lounge seating and a shaded pergola works well for mornings or evenings.
