The structure is cast in blue-tinted concrete that shifts in tone throughout the day, ranging from ocean blue to warm pink depending on sun exposure and position. Elevated on cross-shaped columns above the dunes, the house minimizes ground impact and opens views over the beachfront. Three levels connect via a spiral staircase: a ground floor utility level, an intermediate level with all interior spaces, and a rooftop terrace with pool and outdoor dining room. A distinct turret adjacent to the master bedroom functions as a flexible space for work or rest. Tzalam wood terraces and pergolas were built by local carpenters.
The property sits between the Caribbean Sea and the Sian Ka'an lagoon, with direct beach access and kayaks available on site.
