Chambao operates in Tulum's Hotel Zone as a steakhouse and seafood restaurant under Grupo Rosa Negra, positioned between Tantra and Taboo on Carretera Boca Paila. The kitchen centers on dry-aged beef cuts, including Creekstone Farms, Australian Wagyu, and Kobe selections, alongside fresh Caribbean seafood. The venue runs a meat boutique visible from the dining room, where cuts are displayed through the aging process.
