Jayla Villa is a 6-bedroom property accommodating up to 12 guests, set within a private 10-villa estate on the edge of the Agios Lazaros seafront. The interior was designed by Alberto Pinto, one of the most recognized names in luxury residential design. Views from the property face directly toward Delos and Rhenea across a steep drop to the sea, with the Mykonos sunset framed from the pool level and upper terrace. Daily maid service, pool freshening, pool towels, and linen and towel changes twice weekly are included.
Pinto's interior concept uses white-washed walls, white upholstery, and minimal ornamentation to deliberately redirect attention toward the exterior landscape. Curved walls and rounded seating arrangements follow the Cycladic tradition of avoiding right angles throughout. The exterior materials contrast deliberately with the interior: fiery-coloured stone-chiselled walls and broad flagstones integrate the building into the natural rocky hillside. The layout spans three levels. The lower level holds two king en-suite bedrooms, a living and dining area, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool level holds three additional bedrooms — one master with king bed, sofa bed, and sea view, one double with king bed, and one double with queen bed — plus a second living and dining area, a second fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor shaded lounge and dining area connecting to the pool. The upper level holds the sixth master en-suite bedroom with king bed.
The private estate setting means the property sits within a secured perimeter shared by nine other villas, with no public access to the surrounding area. Psarou beach and Nammos are within a short drive. The two independent kitchen arrangements across the lower and pool levels allow the group to operate across floors without converging for every meal.
