Summersalt opened in 2022 at Jumeirah Al Naseem, within the Madinat Jumeirah complex on Jumeirah Street, operated by Jumeirah Group. The venue sits on the private beach of Jumeirah Al Naseem with an unobstructed view of the Burj Al Arab and direct access to the Arabian Gulf. The pool measures 30 by 100 feet and faces the shoreline, with cushioned loungers, private cabanas, and a sandy beachfront terrace around it. The kitchen is led by Colombian chef Hernan Garcia, whose career spans high-energy restaurant kitchens in Bogotá to luxury collaborations with Piaget and Jimmy Choo, bringing a Latin American perspective to the Summersalt menu for the 2025 season. Children under four years of age enter complimentarily.

What's On Dubai describes the setting as one where time feels elastic, with paths curling through palms to a sandy terrace, parasols throwing generous shade, and cushioned loungers that persuade even determined multitaskers to slow down. Music drifts rather than competes, conversations float between sunbeds, and the staff move with what the same review describes as a quiet choreography that keeps everything calm. As the afternoon deepens, the light grows warmer and the sunset over the Burj Al Arab is described as the venue's loveliest gesture. The crowd is a mix of hotel guests from Jumeirah Al Naseem and outside visitors on day passes. Parking is available within the Madinat Jumeirah complex.

The menu is Latin American-inspired, loud and vibrant according to Time Out Dubai, with dishes designed for poolside sharing. Standouts include tiradito de atún with acevichada sauce, Wagyu beef short rib with coriander sauce and sweet potato purée, lobster roll with spicy mayo and coriander, crispy calamari with chilli morita emulsion, and the signature Summersalt ceviche. Sushi is available alongside the Latin American menu. The cocktail program covers signature builds and a curated drinks list. Music throughout the day is described consistently as measured and ambient, drifting in the background rather than driving the atmosphere.
