Villa Aika is a modern 7-bedroom waterfront home on Belle Meade Island, a quiet island neighborhood in Miami. It has seven and a half bathrooms for up to 14 guests, with 10,000 sq ft of living space on a 16,500 sq ft lot. A 24/7 concierge is included for every stay, and the minimum stay is two nights. Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes away and Miami Beach about 30 minutes.
The house is built for indoor-outdoor living: glass walls slide away and open the rooms to the water and the breeze. A private wellness suite combines a hammam, a sauna and a cold plunge with a fully equipped gym. A movie theater and large living rooms give the group space to be together, and there is an office for work. Outside, the pool terrace and open-air lounges have uninterrupted views across the bay.
Life at Villa Aika moves between the water and the house: mornings in the gym or the wellness suite, afternoons on the pool terrace, and evenings at the outdoor kitchen and barbecue or in the jacuzzi, with the movie theater for nights in. The island setting keeps things quiet and private, while Miami Beach is about 30 minutes away for a day out.
