Villa Hilltop is a 4-bedroom architect-designed property in Nuestra Señora de Jesús, accommodating up to 8 guests across two levels. The villa sits on an elevated hillside with southwest-facing panoramic views of Dalt Vila (UNESCO World Heritage since 1999), Formentera, and the Mediterranean. The entrance hall is defined by a suspended spiral staircase that rises through both levels, set against exposed stone walls and plants. The main level operates as a single open space: the living area with full-height panoramic windows and a 55" TV, an open kitchen with central island and two dining tables seating up to ten, and direct access to the south-west facing pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with espresso machine, steam and microwave ovens, induction and gas hobs, ice machine, and drinks fridge. An aquarium is integrated into the kitchen design. The upper level is reserved for sleeping and features a piano area called the Mirador with expansive windows. Two master suites each have private bathrooms and private balconies. One master has a super king bed (2x2m) with hydromassage bath. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom and balcony. All bedrooms have AC, satellite TV, electric blinds, hairdryer, wardrobe, and safe box.
The infinity pool faces southwest and is flanked by sun loungers, a dining table, chairs, and shaded seating. The pool terrace captures views of Ibiza Town's illuminated skyline after dark. A jacuzzi is available on the property. The Jesús village is 1 km away with a bank, pharmacy, and supermarket. Talamanca beach is 2 km.
