Villa Kumharas is a 5-bedroom restored finca in the pine-clad hills near Cala Salada, accommodating up to 10 guests. Part of the original structure dates back over 500 years. The property sits on a private neighbourless plot with no adjacent houses visible from any point on the grounds. Cala Saladeta is 1.4 km away and Cala Salada is 2 km. San Antonio town is 10 minutes by car. A car is recommended as the property does not have a street address. Events and weddings are permitted with an additional fee. Minimum stay of 3 nights in high season, 7 nights outside of season.
The restoration preserved the original Ibicenco farmhouse character: exposed brick walls, sabina wood ceilings, and Balinese fittings, tiles, and handpicked artefacts throughout. The master bedroom sits on the first floor with a double bed, AC, en-suite bathroom, and a 100 m² private terrace with the best sea and sunset views on the entire plot. Four additional bedrooms are on the ground floor with twin beds, AC, and en-suite bathrooms with direct outdoor access. The living and dining area is open plan and connects directly to one of the outdoor chill-out areas and to the gardens and pool. The infinity-edge pool is designed for the property's scale and can be fenced on request for children.
The grounds include a Mediterranean garden, a vegetable garden, and an orchard of citrus trees, with paths connecting multiple vantage points for sea and sunset views. The complete absence of neighboring properties on the plot gives the villa full visual and acoustic privacy throughout the day. Hostal La Torre, Café Mambo, and the west coast's most recognized sunset venues are within a 10-minute drive. The villa can also host weddings and private events on the grounds.
