The space is organized across several distinct sections including the Windmill Area, Arch, Mezzanine, Private Deck with cushions, Secret Sofa, Main Terrace, Skylight, and Lounge Deck, each offering a different perspective of the sunset and varying degrees of privacy. The design blends Cycladic architecture with North African cushion seating, wooden bar structures, and lantern lighting that activates as the sun drops. Music runs as deep house and lounge programming during sunset hours, shifting toward a more atmospheric set as the evening progresses. Live performers including singers and dancers operate nightly from the central terrace areas. Blankets are available on windy evenings.

The kitchen runs Greek traditional cuisine with international influences. Standout dishes include tuna tartare, shrimp ceviche, lamb pita, hummus, and stuffed vine leaves. The cocktail program covers signature recipes infused with wildflowers and fresh fruits, priced from €25. Wine bottles start from €50.
