Agavi Villa is a complex of three independent villas in Kalafatis, above the bay, rented exclusively as a single unit accommodating up to 17 guests. The compound spans 410 m² across multiple levels with 8 bedrooms in total. The beach at Kalafatis is within a few minutes by car, as are Kalo Livadi and Elia. Mykonos Town is 20 minutes away.
The three villas are built across multiple levels into the hillside above Kalafatis Bay, following Cycladic design principles adapted for contemporary rental use. Materials throughout include oak solid wood flooring, white-washed chestnut ceilings, cement screed floors finished by hand using local technique, and dry stone walls built with island stone. Each of the three structures has its own living areas and bedrooms. The infinity pool overflows in cement screed with an anthracite granite surround. On the upper level, a jacuzzi is set into the architecture as a white sculptural element with an unobstructed view of the Aegean. Chestnut wood pergolas covered in bamboo shade the outdoor dining and lounge areas. A fireplace anchors the main living room and a playroom occupies the lower level.
The three-villa configuration gives groups of 17 meaningful spatial separation across the compound, with independent living areas and terraces per structure while sharing the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining. The south-facing orientation frames views of Kalafatis Bay, the Divounia area, and the island of Dragonissi throughout the day. The surrounding area is quieter than the island's western beaches, with Kalafatis, Kalo Livadi, and Elia all within a short drive.
