Amazónico occupies three floors at 800 Brickell Avenue, running a full operation from dinner service through late night. The concept draws from the Amazon region and integrates Latin American, Asian, and Mediterranean influences into a single menu. Live music, a rooftop bar, and a resident DJ program run concurrently each evening, making the venue as much about atmosphere as about the food.
The ground floor hosts the main restaurant, built around an open kitchen and framed by tropical materials: volcanic stone, dark wood, and dense greenery. Live bands play jazz, bossa nova, and Cuban rhythms through the dinner hours. The second floor shifts into a Bar & Lounge format, with a sushi counter, mirrored ceilings, and resident DJs and live percussionists. The rooftop operates as a separate environment, centered on the Peacock Bar and an LED DJ booth, open above the Brickell skyline until late. Selva, a nightclub concept tucked into the rooftop level, runs with guest and resident DJs on select nights.
The menu covers raw seafood and ceviches, sushi, nigiris and makis, charcoal-grilled meats, woks, and a full cocktail program. Dishes reflect the multi-regional concept: Latin American proteins and techniques alongside Japanese preparations and Mediterranean influences. The kitchen operates from a single open line visible from the dining room. Service is structured for volume, with table turns running on a defined timeline on peak nights.
