Beachouse opened in 2014 on the southern end of Playa d'en Bossa, operated by Sid and Sonija Mehta, behind several established venues on the island. The venue was redesigned by Berlin studio Lambs and Lions, with an interior built around hand-pressed concrete, limestone plaster, thatched roof, earth tones, hand-woven rugs, and a central skylight. The format runs from morning through evening, covering yoga sessions, breakfast, full beach club service, Mediterranean lunch and dinner, and a dedicated evening program on select nights. In 2025 the venue celebrated its first decade of operation.
The setting combines Balinese daybeds, beach tables, and shaded lounge areas with direct Playa d'en Bossa beachfront access. Spacing between sunbeds is generous by Ibiza standards, with towels included and attentive service throughout the day. The crowd is sophisticated and skews toward couples and small groups who prioritise calm over spectacle. Morning yoga runs daily from 09:30. The BOHO experience runs on Thursdays from 18:00, a moonlit dinner series with a boho-chic dress code. Evening parties run on select nights from 18:00 with DJ programming.
The kitchen focuses on local Ibizan and Formentera produce with a contemporary Mediterranean approach. Standouts include charcoal-grilled king crab with yuzu butter, Formentera lobster linguine, Sicilian vine tomato salad, and corn ribs with chilli and lime. The breakfast program is five-star by multiple accounts. The cocktail list is ingredient-driven with fresh and botanical builds. Music during the day runs as organic ambient and chillout programming. Evening sessions feature Deep House and electronic sets from resident and guest DJs.
