Bonbonniere operates in Tulum's Hotel Zone as the destination's only late-night indoor nightclub format, open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The venue holds approximately 800 guests across a main dance floor and tiered VIP table configurations. A retractable roof allows the space to open to the night sky during optimal conditions. The sound and lighting production operate at a standard consistent with major international club venues. The programming calendar rotates international artists across afro house, tech house, and ancestral soul, with past acts including Damian Lazarus, Claptone, Michael Bibi, Lee Burridge, Mathame, and Nick Warren.
The music format centers on afro house and tech house, with programming that extends into ancestral soul and deep electronic formats depending on the artist. The DJ calendar rotates between resident sessions and headliner bookings, with the latter drawing from international circuits in Europe and Latin America. Tickets run from MXN 1,000 to MXN 2,000 for general access depending on the event. VIP table configurations range from Silver at MXN 20,000 for eight people to Backstage at MXN 100,000 for ten, with all amounts credited toward bottle and drink consumption. Reservations held past 11:30 PM are subject to release.
The interior design references Mayan motifs alongside contemporary club aesthetics, with red-lit ambient lighting throughout. The retractable roof is a functional and atmospheric element that distinguishes the venue from standard indoor formats. The dress code is strictly enforced: no caps, shorts, sandals, flip-flops, sports shirts, tank tops, or swimwear. Men are required to wear closed shoes. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to guests not complying with the dress code regardless of reservation status.
