Cipriani Downtown Ibiza opened in 2012 in the east wing of the Ibiza Gran Hotel on Paseo Juan Carlos I, as part of the fourth-generation family-run Cipriani group founded by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice in 1931. The brand operates locations in New York, Miami, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Monte Carlo, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, and Porto Cervo, among others. The Ibiza venue spans two floors with an indoor restaurant, an outdoor terrace, and a grill area, all with direct views over the harbour and Dalt Vila. The format is open seasonally, running through the summer months only.
The interior design combines polished walnut, marble, and fine teak in a setting that reflects the Cipriani brand's Venetian roots. The terrace offers harbour views and functions as a social gathering point before and after dinner. Signature dishes include Carpaccio Cipriani, the dish invented at Harry's Bar in Venice, alongside handmade pasta, risotto, and grilled selections from the terrace grill. The Bellini, invented by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry's Bar in 1948, is a fixture of the bar program. The wine list covers Italian and international labels.
