DiLido Beach Club operates at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, on 1 Lincoln Road at the edge of the sand. The venue is managed by the José Andrés Group and is one of the few oceanfront spots on South Beach with direct public beach access. The setting combines indoor and outdoor seating for up to 64 guests, with Atlantic Ocean views from most positions. It runs daily from late morning through evening, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday.
The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, consistent with the Ritz-Carlton property it sits within. The outdoor terrace faces the ocean directly, with palm shade and a beach breeze that defines the pace of the afternoon. The indoor section offers a more sheltered option without losing the ocean backdrop. The menu is built around Mediterranean-influenced coastal fare from the José Andrés Group kitchen. Signature items include fish tacos with tempura-fried grouper, the Txuleburger, and a full cocktail program with frozen drinks and creative house mixes.
