The kitchen is led by Chef Aris Tsanaklidis alongside Chefs John Chrisohoidis and John Vidalis, running a fusion menu that combines modern Greek cuisine with Asian culinary influences. The design follows Cycladic aesthetics with white sofas, linen curtains, canopies, wood, and natural reeds, creating a setting that reads as relaxed and refined without being over-produced. The beach location on Ornos Bay provides direct sea access and views across one of the island's most sheltered bays. As the afternoon transitions into evening, the restaurant shifts toward a more intimate dinner format, with tables set on the sand for guests preferring an outdoor configuration.
