Nikki Beach operates at 1 Ocean Drive, at the southern tip of South Beach in the SoFi neighborhood. Founded in 1998, it was the first venue to formalize the beach club concept as a combination of dining, music, fashion, and entertainment in a single oceanfront property. The flagship Miami Beach location includes the main beach club, an indoor restaurant called Summer House, and a second-floor nightclub. It runs daily from midday through evening, with extended hours on weekends.
The beach setup centers on signature teepees, daybeds, and palm-shaded tables directly on the sand facing the Atlantic. The format is open and social, with a crowd that mixes hotel guests, international visitors, and locals. The Sunday brunch is the most consistent activation of the week, running from 11AM with live music, a saxophonist, and an all-inclusive food program at $75 per person. The indoor Summer House section offers a sheltered dining alternative during warmer months without leaving the property.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Frank Ferreiro, with a globally inspired menu that includes sushi rolls, fresh-caught seafood, raw bar selections, salads, and slow-roasted rotisserie chicken. The cocktail program runs craft and classic options alongside an extensive rosé list. Resident DJs play daily, with deep house and Latin-inflected programming on weekends. Live music activates on Sunday brunch, with rotating performers alongside the DJ set.
