Pasaji operates directly on Ornos Beach as an all-day beachfront restaurant and bar, part of the Mykonos Blanc Hotel complex. The concept follows its sister restaurant in Athens, translating the fusion of Greek, Italian, and Asian cuisines to a beachfront format. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef John Vidalis and Chef Stratos Chronakis, working with locally sourced ingredients combined with eastern aromas and techniques. Service runs from breakfast through to 12:30 AM, covering every meal format across a wooden deck set on the sand with direct beach and bay views.
The format is relaxed and unhurried by day, with sunbeds alongside the restaurant offering full beach service throughout the afternoon. A hookah lounge with cushion seating operates as a separate relaxation area. The resident DJ runs mellow programming during the day, shifting to a more energetic format as the afternoon transitions into evening. Live music supplements the DJ programming on select evenings. The crowd is a mix of beach guests, hotel guests from the adjacent Mykonos Blanc, and outside diners attracted by the fusion kitchen and beachfront setting. The Ornos Bay location provides calm, sheltered water views and easy access from the Ornos bus stop two minutes away.
The kitchen runs a fusion menu covering Greek, Italian, and Asian preparations.
