Verde Beach operates at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, on a private beach with direct views of the Burj Al Arab. The concept originates from Yeeels Group, the team behind Verde in St. Tropez's Pampelonne, and brings the same French Riviera format to Dubai. The kitchen is led by Chef Julien Lee Thibault, with a menu built around Mediterranean and French coastal cooking. The venue runs as a beach club during the day and shifts into a more active dining and entertainment setting from sunset onward.
The setup is centered on a private white sand beach with sunbeds and cabanas. There is no pool on site. The design references the Côte d'Azur with warm wood, palm-shaded areas, and open views toward the water. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for dining. The crowd profile is mixed, with a stronger HNW presence on weekends and during peak season, roughly November through April.
The menu focuses on French Mediterranean cooking: grilled fish, fresh pastas, seafood, and gourmet meat selections. The selection of French wines and champagnes is consistent with the Riviera positioning. Music programming runs from ambient house during the day to live DJ sets and performances in the evening. The venue has hosted notable guest artists on a rotating basis.
