Can Nikita is a 6-bedroom finca in Santa Gertrudis, central Ibiza, accommodating up to 12 guests. The property dates to the 19th century and sits on a four to five-hectare estate within a Europa 2000 protected nature reserve, with a regenerative organic farm on site. Ibiza Town is 10 minutes by car, the airport 7 minutes, and Cala Jondal 15 minutes. Pets are welcome on request.
The 600 m² finca spans a main house and two independent guesthouses. The defining interior space is the six-meter-high central living room with a floor painted by artist Guy de Rougemont, who lived in the property for 60 years, and frescoes by Ibiza-based painter Alex Jarman. Original stone walls, timber-beamed ceilings, terracotta and marble floors, and exposed original beams in the reading room have been preserved throughout the renovation. The six bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and distinct design identities — one with red mosaics, another with nature-inspired patterns. The master suite includes a private living room. A standalone treehouse sits within the garden with floor-to-ceiling windows, a king bed, a rainfall shower, and a private terrace. Additional spaces include a meditation room, cinema room, and a kids' playroom.
