Villa Luxe is a 5-bedroom property in the mountains of southern Ibiza, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa was designed by award-winning architect Janco Blanco with interiors by José Antonio Flores. The airport is 8 minutes by car. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, private terraces, and 500-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens. Daily cleaning is included 6 hours a day, 6 days a week.
The architecture combines contemporary Mediterranean lines with natural materials across a single-level layout set atop a hill. Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect the living room, dining area, and state-of-the-art kitchen to the outdoor terraces and pool deck. The villa includes a home theatre entertainment setup, advanced climate control systems, high-speed WiFi, USB chargers in every room, and five high-security safes. The 20-meter heated infinity pool anchors the outdoor terrace, surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and a shaded pergola lounge with al-fresco bar. A large outdoor dining table seats ten. An open-air gym sits on the grounds for training with views over the hillside.
The hillside position in San José offers sea views on the horizon and complete privacy within the property. The west-coast beaches including Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, and Cala Jondal are within a short drive. The private sauna and outdoor gym allow a full wellness program without leaving the property. The designer sauna and heated pool are available as an optional add-on during July, August, and September, and included at no charge during March, April, October, and November.
