Villa Soliman is a 6-bedroom beachfront villa on Soliman Bay accommodating up to 14 guests across three levels plus rooftop. As the tallest structure on the bay, it holds panoramic views of the entire cove and a secondary adjacent bay that no other villa on the inlet can match. The property sits behind the Soliman Bay security gate. Chef service is included Monday through Saturday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Groceries and a shopping fee are billed separately.
The villa is built across three levels with a rooftop terrace and plunge pool at the top. All six bedrooms face the ocean with private terraces and en-suite bathrooms. The main level holds floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open the living and dining areas directly to the infinity pool and beach. The property includes two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, and two interior dining areas. A recently added outdoor kitchen extends the entertainment program with a full bar counter, outdoor cooking appliances, exterior TV, and a dedicated sound system. Strings of lights and custom ground lighting activate at sunset along the beachfront.
The rooftop functions independently from the ground level, used for yoga sessions, massages, or sunset gatherings above the palm canopy. The infinity pool connects directly to the private beach, where kayaks and snorkel gear are available for use in the protected bay. The Seagrasso Program manages seagrass removal in front of the property during high season — an advantage most neighboring villas do not have. Cenotes are ten minutes away. Tulum town is fifteen minutes north.
