Ziggy's operates on Tulum's Hotel Zone beachfront at Km 7.5, running three full services daily from breakfast through late dinner. The kitchen centers on Mexican contemporary cuisine built around wood-fire cooking, locally sourced and organic ingredients, and house-made tortillas, breads, and salsas prepared fresh each day. The format is relaxed and accessible, with footwear optional and an atmosphere that prioritizes the connection between the meal, the beach, and the ocean view. Live music runs every night from Monday through Saturday, with rotating bands covering mariachi, saxophone, reggae, salsa, jazz, and Caribbean rhythms.

The space is open-air with a signature palapa structure, bar swings, ocean-view terraces, a pool table, and central fire. Fairy lights illuminate the evening setting, shifting the atmosphere from bright and casual during the day to warm and intimate at night. The venue sits adjacent to The Beach Tulum hotel and Cabañas Tulum, and functions simultaneously as a standalone restaurant destination and a beach club with minimum consumption. The combination of wood-fire cooking aromas, live music, and Caribbean sea breeze makes the dinner format particularly consistent as a guest experience.

The breakfast menu covers Mexican-inspired preparations with homemade bread, croissants, artisanal jams, and fresh juice. Lunch runs ceviches, tacos, burgers, and salads. The dinner menu focuses on wood-fire and low-temperature cooking, with dishes built around masa criolla, fresh regional seafood, and cuts of meat elevated by homemade sauces. Standout dishes include the Ceviche Tuluminati, Tuna Nachos, Shrimp in Maracuyá Sauce, beer-battered fish tacos, and the Mahi Mahi in Mango Mustard. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available. Extensive cocktail list with tequila and mezcal selection.
