As evening arrives, the cliff faces of Sol d'en Serra are illuminated with colored lighting that transforms the cove into a distinctly different environment from the daytime configuration. The sound of waves breaking below is audible from most levels of the restaurant, which is unusual for Ibiza and contributes to the sense of physical connection to the landscape. The venue also hosts open-air cinema nights under the stars of the cove, referenced as one of the world's most beautiful outdoor cinema settings. The most private configuration available is The Amante Table, a dedicated table for two set within a Balinese hut on the property, with a specially designed menu and an exclusive waiter for the full duration of the evening.

The menu blends contemporary Mediterranean preparations with international influences, built around seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Referenced dishes include Arroz de Bogavante with char-grilled lobster, red tuna fillet with salsa tonnata and pickled onion, Wagyu beef entrecote with daikon and kimchi vinaigrette, and Josper-grilled solomillo with potato gratin and black truffle oil. A full children's menu is available. The cocktail program and wine list complement the food format, with a selection of Spanish and international labels.
