Amante Ibiza's Private Dining Experience is a table for two set within a Balinese hut at beach level, separated from the main restaurant and positioned directly above the water at Sol d'en Serra bay. The setup is illuminated exclusively by candles and moonlight, with the sound of the waves and the natural cliff formations of Sol d'en Serra as the surrounding environment. The experience is coordinated through Global Reservations and reserved directly with the venue in advance. Availability is limited and demand is high throughout the season, which runs from mid-April to October. The team at Amante recommends checking the lunar calendar before confirming a date, with full moon evenings offering the most complete version of the experience.
The Balinese hut sits at beach level, away from the main dining terraces and other guests, with the Mediterranean directly below and the rocky cliffs of Sol d'en Serra framing the space on both sides. The only light sources are the candles on the table and the moon and stars overhead. The sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the absence of ambient restaurant noise create a setting that is deliberately private and contained. The configuration is fixed for two guests and is not adapted for larger groups. The location within the bay of Sol d'en Serra, on the east coast between Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia, places the experience away from the main tourist circuits of the island.
The kitchen prepares five courses exclusively for the two guests, using the best available produce of the day and following the same Mediterranean sourcing philosophy that defines Amante's main restaurant operation. The menu is not published in advance and is designed around the day's ingredients by chef Jordi Tomás Ribas and his team. Two glasses of Bollinger champagne are included.
