Bâoli Dubai opened in 2024 at J1 Beach in Jumeirah 1, as the Middle Eastern outpost of the Bâoli brand born on the French Riviera and established in Miami. The venue spans 2,000 square metres across a private beach, a 350-square-metre pool with petal-shaped sun deck, a sunset lounge, an indoor-outdoor restaurant, and the Moon Room, a concealed speakeasy bar accessible through a hidden entrance within the venue. Bâoli Dubai holds recognition in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025 and the Gault&Millau UAE Guide 2026, receiving the Beach Club Team of the Year award at the Caterer After Dark Awards 2025. The kitchen is led by Chef de Cuisine Omar, whose menu fuses coastal French-Mediterranean flavours with East Asian techniques. The venue is managed in partnership with Sunset Hospitality Group, Nohm Hospitality, and Downtown Ventures.

The design combines lush greenery, warm natural materials, and Mediterranean coastal references within a Jumeirah beachfront setting that looks out toward the Burj Al Arab. The pool area is the social centrepiece during the day, with sunbeds, pool islands, and two private cabanas available for exclusive bookings with minimum spend requirements. The sunset lounge extends the day into the early evening, with the energy transitioning toward a more vibrant format as the night progresses. The Moon Room speakeasy operates as a hidden late-night extension with a distinct cocktail program and curated DJ programming. Beach club access runs from 10:00 to 20:00 h daily, with the restaurant extending through the evening on Thursday to Sunday.

The kitchen draws from the culinary traditions of the south of France and East Asia simultaneously, with dishes designed for sharing. Standouts include creamy lobster at AED 350, grilled rack of lamb at AED 675, duck and ginger donabe at AED 320, and a selection of sushi, raw preparations, and Asian-accented sharing plates. The Sunday brunch, House of Bâoli, runs from 13:30 to 17:00 h with curated packages. Tuesday evenings are programmed as a distinct nightlife format with signature DJ sets and elevated service. The cocktail program covers signature builds starting from AED 75. Music during the day runs House and Chillout, escalating to Electronic and more driven programming in the evening. The Moon Room operates with an independent cocktail and music program.
