The design uses natural materials throughout, with dark wood tables, pale mid-century modern chairs, rafia lanterns, and tadelakt floors giving the space a warm, organic character that integrates with the sandy surroundings and whitewashed hotel architecture. The beach club operates in parallel with the restaurant, with day beds and gazebos available on the beach and a pool area adjacent to the dining terrace. The crowd is a mix of hotel guests and outside diners, with a consistent presence of well-travelled clientele drawn by the beachfront location and culinary reputation. Private dining configurations are available for anniversaries, celebrations, and events.

The kitchen runs Greek cuisine reinvented with contemporary technique, with standout dishes including calamari and octopus prepared tableside, premium sushi rolls, Greek salad with Santorinian capers and local throubi, and grilled salmon with honey, soy, and sesame. The menu covers both traditional Greek preparations and Asian-influenced formats within the same service. Fresh local sourcing is the central commitment of the kitchen program. The cocktail program is developed in collaboration with Athens-based bartenders. Room service operates 24/7 with a limited menu available from midnight to 8:00 AM for hotel guests.
