The interior is built around a nautical aesthetic in blue and white, with striped Venetian flooring, walnut wood, polished steel, and Murano chandeliers. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The Living Room, an adjacent lounge with rich wood paneling and warm-toned upholstery, operates with a dimmer, more intimate register and connects to a terrace overlooking the bay. A private dining room is available for events. The overall atmosphere draws from the golden-era glamour of the original Harry's Bar, transposed into a waterfront Miami setting.

The menu follows the classical Cipriani format with rotating daily specials alongside permanent signatures. The Carpaccio Alla Cipriani, invented by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry's Bar, anchors the appetizer section. Additional dishes include Pappa al Pomodoro, Rigatoni alla Bolognese, Baked Eggplant alla Parmigiana, Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, Pan Roasted Veal Chop, and Poached Chilean Seabass. Fresh pasta is imported directly from Italy. The Bellini, created by Giuseppe Cipriani in 1948 with white peach purée and Cipriani Prosecco, is the signature cocktail across all Cipriani locations.
