Cotton Beach Club sits above the cliffs of Cala Tarida on Ibiza's southwest coast, operating since 2014 as one of the island's more consistent venues for lunch and dinner. The setting is built around an all-white aesthetic, wide terraces, and unobstructed sea views. The restaurant runs à la carte service throughout the day, with Champagne lunches on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during peak season.
The terrace is open and airy, with a crowd that tends toward the sophisticated end of the spectrum. The pace is relaxed, the service is structured, and the environment is calm enough to hold a conversation. A resident DJ runs sets during the day, keeping the energy measured rather than driven. The venue transitions naturally from midday dining into sunset hours without changing its character.
The menu anchors on Mediterranean cuisine with a strong sushi and raw bar component. Standouts include the Iberian acorn-fed ham, salt-baked sea bass, fresh oysters with caviar, and a well-executed selection of rolls and nigiri. The Cotton Champagne is produced in-house in partnership with Frerejean Frères. The wine list covers Spain, France, Italy, and New Zealand.
