El Chiringuito sits directly on Es Cavallet beach within the Salinas Nature Park on Ibiza's southeast coast, operating since 2009 as a combined beach club and restaurant. The venue runs full beach service from morning through sunset, with sunbeds bookable by phone from 10:00 to 18:00 h. The kitchen is led by Chef Jérôme Palayer, with a menu rooted in Mediterranean ingredients and organic farm sourcing 12 kilometres from the venue at Can Miquel in San Miguel. A dedicated Little Chiringuito area for children and a wellness program covering yoga, Pilates, and Zumba complete the daytime format.
The setting combines a covered terrace restaurant, an open garden area, and direct beach access onto Es Cavallet's sandy stretch with views across to Formentera and Dalt Vila. Sunbeds are available on the beach at €25 per day in high season, including towel and access to bathrooms and showers. The crowd has historically drawn from the international jetset circuit that gravitates toward Es Cavallet for its combination of natural setting, crowd profile, and low-key atmosphere relative to Playa d'en Bossa. Service is attentive both at the restaurant and on the beach. Reservations for both sunbeds and restaurant are essential well in advance during peak season.
The kitchen covers the full Mediterranean and Fusion menu available in the restaurant, with service running directly to sunbeds on the beach. Standouts include grilled gamba roja, lobster preparations, fresh oysters, and the full à la carte selection from the farm-to-table sourcing model. The cocktail and bar program covers fresh juices, signature cocktails, rosé, and champagne throughout the day. Music is curated by resident DJs Mr. Doris, Andy Baxter, and Mina, with a world beats programming format that runs from morning through sunset.
