Yemanjá opened on the shores of Cala Jondal in 1986 and has operated as a family-run beach restaurant and club for over 40 years, building a reputation anchored in traditional Spanish cuisine and a consistently relaxed atmosphere. The venue sits directly on the beach at Cala Jondal, adjacent to Blue Marlin, and has since joined the Blue Marlin Group to operate year-round. The setup covers beach loungers and sunbeds on the sand, an indoor and outdoor dining area, and full table service across both areas throughout the day. The kitchen centres on traditional Ibizan and Spanish recipes, with paella and bullit de peix as the consistent anchors of the menu.

The atmosphere is deliberately unhurried and family-oriented, with a crowd that skews toward long-standing loyalists, Ibiza residents, and visitors who return specifically for the food rather than the scene. Sunbeds and beach loungers are available on the sand with full table service. The setting benefits from the natural shelter of Cala Jondal bay, with calm water and a pebble-and-sand beach. Children are welcome and the venue provides a relaxed environment for families seeking a full day on the water without the production format of adjacent venues. Sundays at Yemanjá have a long-standing reputation as one of the most authentic lunch experiences on the island's south coast.

The kitchen focuses on traditional Spanish and Ibizan cuisine. Standouts include paella, sweet rice with lobster, bullit de peix, fresh grilled seafood, croquetas, mussels, and sharing tapas. The Cava Sangria, prepared with freshly cut fruit, cava, and fresh orange juice, is a consistent reference across reviews and a signature of the venue. The wine list covers Spanish labels. The cocktail and drinks program runs full service across the beach and restaurant areas throughout the day. Music programming information is not confirmed.
