Karma operates in Tulum's Hotel Zone on Carretera Boca Paila, adjacent to Hotel Kanan. The restaurant is built across three levels within the jungle canopy, using natural wood and organic materials that integrate the structure into the surrounding trees. The kitchen runs a seafood and steakhouse menu with a focus on premium cuts, fresh seafood, and sushi. The concept draws from Mayan mysticism and nature, applied through the design, the ingredient philosophy, and the overall sensory format of the venue. DJ programming runs daily from opening to close across all levels.
The three-level layout separates distinct experiences within the same venue. The main floor handles standard dinner service. The second level hosts the bar, DJ booth, and a dance area. The third level is the most intimate, with private nests and heart-shaped tables offering 360° views over the jungle canopy.
