Lío Mykonos operates at Enoplon Dynameon 6 in Mykonos Town as part of the Lío Group, with the original venue established in Ibiza. The concept combines fine dining with a live cabaret production called Dangerous Nights, running nightly from 9:30 PM to approximately 1:00 AM. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Alkis Vardaramatos with a Mediterranean and international menu designed to accompany the show format. The minimum spend is €250 per person, with a €100 deposit per person required to confirm the reservation, redeemable on the final bill. The venue is adults only, restricted to guests 18 and over, and operates until 5:00 AM as the dinner format transitions into a nightlife configuration after the show concludes.

The format is built around the show as the central experience, with the dining program designed to complement the performance rather than operate independently. Dangerous Nights is an interactive cabaret production featuring singers, dancers, and acrobats, with audience participation integrated into the format. The show runs for approximately three and a half hours, after which the venue transitions into a more conventional nightlife configuration with DJ programming. The crowd is international and dressed to the smart elegant dress code enforced at the door. Private dining arrangements are available within the venue for more contained celebrations.

The kitchen runs a Mediterranean menu with Japanese-influenced seafood preparations. The raw bar covers Gillardeau oysters, Alaskan king crab, lobster, scallops, tuna, salmon, Beluga caviar, and Ossetra caviar. Additional dishes include crispy rice paper crackers with bonito tarama, and BBQ free-range chicken. The wine and spirits list covers fine labels and premium selections curated to support the overall price point. Handcrafted cocktails and champagne service round out the drink program. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
