Scorpios opened in 2015 on a southern peninsula above Paraga Beach, developing over a decade into one of Mykonos' most referenced international venues across food, music, and cultural programming. The restaurant sits at the center of a larger complex that includes multiple beach areas, open-air terraces, a sunset stage, and an in-house bazaar. Culinary Director Athinagoras Kostakos leads a kitchen rooted in Eastern Mediterranean cooking traditions with influences drawn from the team's broader international background, including Greek, Mediterranean, Oriental, and Latin American references. The format is built around sharing plates at large communal tables, with service running daily from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The Scorpios experience operates across several distinct zones that transition through the day. The restaurant anchors the social program through lunch and dinner, with the Terrace positioned above the beach offering unobstructed views over Paraga, the Kavos lagoons, and the open sea. Sunset Rituals begin daily at 6:30 PM on the beach, activating a shift in energy across the entire property as the light changes. The in-house record label curates the music program with resident and guest artists covering a wide range of genres and cultural backgrounds, creating a soundscape that is specific to Scorpios and not replicated elsewhere on the island. The Bazaar operates within a bedouin tent adjacent to the terrace with handpicked artisan brands.

The kitchen works from a philosophy of highly selective, health-conscious sourcing, presenting simple and refined preparations with Greek provenance and global influence. Standout dishes include seafood ceviche with chili, coriander, and olive oil alongside seasonal sharing preparations built around local produce, fresh seafood, and proteins. The menu carries strong vegetarian and vegan options alongside gluten-free alternatives, making it one of the more inclusive kitchens at this price point on the island. The wine and cocktail program complements the culinary direction with a curated selection of Greek and international labels. Reservations for the restaurant are distinct from beach and cabana bookings, which require separate arrangement.
