Nammos Dubai reopened in December 2025 at the Restaurant Village of the Four Seasons Resort on Jumeirah Beach Road, following a full renovation that reimagined the space while preserving the Mykonian identity that defined its original six-year run. Born two decades ago on Psarou Beach in Mykonos, Nammos has since expanded to Cannes, Limassol, Sardinia, and Dubai, maintaining a consistent identity built around Mediterranean cuisine, beachfront setting, and a day-to-night social format. The Dubai renovation introduced a Cycladic inside-out design philosophy, with sliding doors opening onto a pergola-framed terrace, turquoise accents throughout, koi ponds at the entrance, and mahogany sunbeds along the shoreline inspired by vintage Riva boats.
The restaurant transitions naturally from a sun-drenched lunch setting into a lively evening format as the light shifts. Sunset rituals anchored by live performances define the early evening hour, with the energy escalating noticeably after 21:00 h. Global artists perform on select evenings, with Maluma headlining New Year's Eve 2026 and PAWSA opening the first day of 2026. The crowd is international and consistently high-profile, drawing from both Four Seasons hotel guests and Dubai's broader social circuit. The setting suits long shared lunches as well as composed dinner evenings, with the terrace and beachfront area available across both formats.
The kitchen centres on Greek-Mediterranean cuisine with international influence, built around fresh ingredients and a sharing format. Signature dishes returning after the renovation include aubergine mille-feuille with layered roasted aubergine and feta, spicy crab tartar, salmon teriyaki, and risotto saganaki. The raw bar covers caviar selections including Kaluga and Almas. Premium beef cuts are treated as a central element of the menu alongside fresh seafood. The wine list covers Greek and international labels with a strong champagne program. The cocktail list is full-service across the restaurant and terrace.
