STK Ibiza has operated since 2016 inside the Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa at Marina Botafoch, part of the global STK group with locations across New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Los Angeles, London, and Milan. The format combines a premium steakhouse with live entertainment and DJ programming running nightly, positioning the venue as a social dining destination rather than a conventional restaurant. The space covers two floors with capacity for 250 guests, including a VIP Black Carpet area around the stage and a sunset terrace with views over the marina toward Dalt Vila.
The energy builds progressively through the evening, with live performers including singers and dancers alongside the resident DJ anchoring the entertainment program. The venue transitions naturally from a composed dinner setting in the early shift into a high-energy social environment as the night develops. The kitchen centres on USDA Prime beef, with a selection covering classic sirloin, fillet, ribeye, New York strip, Tomahawk, Chateaubriand, and Flintstone rack, all available with specialty toppings including foie gras, half lobster, and parmesan truffle chips. A raw bar runs oysters, ceviche, and carpaccio alongside the main menu. Additional dishes include tuna tartare with avocado and wonton crisps, Angus beef sliders with truffle sauce, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Wagyu Lil' BRGs.
