The space integrates natural materials and textures consistent with the global Zuma aesthetic. The indoor dining room faces an open kitchen, with the sushi counter and robata grill as central visual elements. The outdoor terrace runs along the Miami River with direct yacht docking access, making it one of the few waterfront dining terraces in Downtown Miami with that format. Private dining rooms are available for corporate and social events. The energy on weekend evenings and Sunday brunch shifts toward a higher-volume, music-driven atmosphere.

The menu is structured around sharing plates across three cooking formats: sushi counter preparations including sashimi, nigiri, and maki; robata grill with meats, fish, and vegetables over open flame; and kitchen dishes including salads, soups, tempuras, and hot plates. The Baikingu weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday with three tiers (Classic, Signature, and Premium) combining a buffet of cold and hot preparations with a main course selection. The Ebisu business lunch runs Monday through Friday with a fixed format designed for efficient service. An à la carte menu is available across all services.
