Nobu Miami operates at 4525 Collins Avenue inside the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, running dinner service nightly. The restaurant is part of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's global group, founded alongside Robert De Niro, with over 50 locations worldwide. The concept combines Japanese technique with South American influences, a format developed by Matsuhisa during his time in Peru that defines the Nikkei approach carried across all Nobu locations. The Miami kitchen operates the full signature menu alongside Miami-specific preparations.
The dining room is built around gold cherry blossom detailing, traditional hanging lanterns, and a washi paper installation suspended above teak dining tables. An oceanfront patio extends the seating outdoors facing the Atlantic. The Lobby Bar operates adjacent to the restaurant with live DJs on select evenings and serves the full dinner menu during Tanoshi Hour, a daily bar program running from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with signature cocktails and curated bar bites exclusively in the lounge area.
The menu is structured around shared plates across cold and hot preparations, sushi, and robata. Global signatures include Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Sashimi with jalapeño, Tai Butter Lettuce, Tenderloin Yuzu Truffle, and Wagyu dumplings. Japanese A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki Prefecture is available by the ounce. The Teppanyaki Chef's Table runs Wednesday through Sunday as an 8-course omakase experience at $225 per guest, with a single seating at 7:30 PM for up to eight guests in a private teppan room. The beverage program covers sake, Japanese whisky, and a full cocktail list.
