Rosa Negra Miami operates at 1346 S Miami Avenue in Brickell, part of Grupo Rosa Negra, founded in 2017 by Eduardo Beaven with locations across Mexico, Madrid, and Miami. The concept combines Latin American cuisine with live entertainment, running dinner service nightly and Sunday brunch. The kitchen draws from Mexican, Peruvian Nikkei, and South American traditions across a single menu, while the floor runs fire dancers, live guitar, and resident DJs simultaneously.
The venue spans four spaces: a main dining room with a terrace, an active bar, a private dining room, and a hidden speakeasy bar inspired by Tulum with candlelit interiors, rustic wood finishes, and a private DJ. The energy builds progressively through the evening, with Thursday nights running a dedicated Latin programming format. Sunday brunch operates with a DJ and live shows. Hora Rosa runs Thursday and Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the bar with cocktail specials. The cocktail program is theatrical, with tableside nitrogen presentations and custom glassware.
The menu spans ceviches and Nikkei tiraditos, Mexican tacos and tostadas made with nixtamalized corn tortillas and house salsas, South American grilled meats including USDA Prime and Kobe beef cuts, fresh seafood, mushroom risotto, and artisan desserts. The tomahawk steak is prepared and presented tableside. The bar program centers on Latin spirits and signature cocktails designed for visual presentation alongside flavor.
