Soho Beach House Miami operates at 4385 Collins Avenue, in a 1940s Art Deco tower on the Mid-Beach stretch. The property functions as a private members club and hotel with 49 rooms, combining beach access, two pools, dining, a spa, and a regular programming calendar within a single building. Access to the club is restricted to members and their guests. Cecconi's restaurant is the only space open to the public without membership. The House underwent a full interior refresh completed for Art Basel 2025, with updated daybeds, pool areas, and common spaces.
The main pool sits at the center of the property with cabanas, updated daybeds, and a dedicated pool bar. The rooftop Ocho pool on the eighth floor is restricted to members over 21, with Atlantic views and a tequila and mezcal bar. The private beach runs along Collins Avenue and is open daily from 9AM until an hour before sunset, with loungers available on a first-come basis. Photography is not permitted inside the House, which defines the tone of the crowd and the level of discretion the property maintains.
Cecconi's serves Northern Italian cuisine and is accessible to non-members for dining. Ocho on the rooftop operates as a tequila and mezcal bar with cocktails and light bites, available to members only. Pool and beach food and drink service runs all day. The programming calendar includes regular events for members, with a social and creative atmosphere rather than a produced music format. The ambient tone across the property stays low and consistent.
