Zuma Mykonos is part of the global Zuma group, with locations across London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and 24 cities worldwide. The Mykonos location operates as a first-of-its-kind lifestyle concept for the brand, combining a full-service restaurant with a lounge, bar, and an Olympic-sized infinity pool with daybeds and floating beds. The design integrates Greek granite counters across the sushi, robata, and hot kitchens, natural granite boulders, and a perimeter wall built in the traditional Mykonos stacking stone method. Dinner and sunset service opens from 4:00 PM with the pool program activating from early June. The venue operates seasonally from May through October, with reservations requiring prepayment to confirm. Tables are held for two hours per booking.

The property claims the best sunset views on Mykonos, with the infinity pool positioned to face the open Aegean and the terrace elevated to capture the full western horizon. The energy shifts through the day from a relaxed poolside format into a refined dinner configuration as the light changes, anchored by a resident DJ and a curated soundtrack. The crowd is consistently high-profile and international, reflecting the Zuma brand's global following and the exclusivity of the location. A Sunday Brunch program adds a distinct format for guests seeking a more extended midday experience. Kids play area and luggage storage make it one of the few venues at this level that accommodates families without compromise. Valet parking is available at €10 per vehicle, with no self-parking on site.

The kitchen runs contemporary Japanese izakaya-style cuisine built for sharing across three cooking stations: sushi, robata grill, and hot kitchen. The signature miso-marinated black cod is the most consistently referenced dish across all sources. Additional standouts include wagyu sirloin tataki with truffle ponzu, jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu kosho, sushi and sashimi of precision-cut local and imported fish, and robata-grilled skewers of meat and fish over hot charcoal. A daytime pool menu covers Japanese-inflected casual dishes for sunbed service. The cocktail program includes signature preparations such as the Japanese Old Fashioned, Zuma Colada, and Kimochi Breeze. Reservations for dinner are separate from pool and sunbed bookings.
